FitTracker Pro is a "Local-First" application.

• Local Storage: All your workout data, body measurements, and logs are stored locally on your device using IndexedDB.
• No Cloud Sync (Default): We do not automatically upload your data to any cloud server. You retain full ownership and control of your data.
• Offline First: The application functions entirely offline.

3. Data We Collect

We do not collect personal data on our servers. The following data resides solely on your device:

• Profile Information: Name, age, weight, height, gender.
• Workout Data: Exercises performed, sets, reps, weight, and notes.
• Health Metrics: Body weight history, muscle recovery status (Heatmap data).

4. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

• Camera: To scan QR codes for the "Link Coach" feature. Camera data is processed locally and never sent to us.
• Storage/Files: To allow you to export or import your data backups (JSON files).
• Notifications: To send workout reminders (local notifications).

5. Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics) or advertising networks. Your usage patterns are not tracked by us.

6. Data Security

• Local Encryption: We employ industry-standard measures to secure the data stored on your device.
• Coach Sync: If you use the optional "Link Coach" feature, your data is encrypted before being shared directly with your coach's device via QR code or direct connection.

7. Children's Privacy

FitTracker Pro is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
