By accessing or using FitTracker Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Medical Disclaimer

FitTracker Pro is not a medical device.

The contents of this app, such as text, graphics, images, and other material ("Content") are for informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting a new fitness program.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participating in physical exercise involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the app and the workouts suggested by the Smart Coach feature.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FitTracker Pro and its licensors. The "FitTracker Pro" name, logo, and "Midnight Pulse" design system are trademarks.

4. User License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) on FitTracker Pro's website or app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FitTracker Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of International standards, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
